LUTHER LEAGUE
The mission of the Luther League (High School Students & College-aged Youth) is:
V To discover, develop and strengthen our Christian faith and to share that faith with others, individually and as a group.
V To practice our faith through shared experiences of service, play, prayer, study and worship.
V To initiate and maintain interaction with all ages in our congregation, both younger than us and older than us, so that we may better understand the particular blessings and burdens of each stage of life.
V To help provide a smoother transition from adolescence to adulthood, including self-discovery, reinforcement of Christian values, building of lasting friendships, strengthening of family relationships, developing leadership skills, and a closer personal relationship with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Times are scheduled as a group and meet at the Rankin & McGinnis Homes, Church, or elsewhere as needed.

Why Should You Join This Group?
The Church (big “C”) is a people created by God the Father, redeemed through Jesus Christ, and empowered by the Holy Spirit; we, as the Church, are called together and sent out again to bear witness to God’s creative, redeeming, and sanctifying activity in the world. Understanding that youth are a vital and active part of that Church, we are committed to the integration of youth ministry within the main stream of the Church’s life and mission. Youth are called by the Holy Spirit, through Word and sacrament to FULL partnership in this community of faith.
