Rev. Adam Sornchai, a graduate of the Lutheran Theological Seminary in Gettysburg, PA was called to serve as Pastor of St. John Lutheran Church in Cardington in 2011. 

He was born and raised on Long Island, NY and is the oldest of two children. Pastor Adam married Jessica Stepp on February 3, 2012. 

Pastor Adam serves on the ELCA Ecumenical Relationship and Ethnic Mission Strategy committees of the Northwestern Ohio Synod, and also represents the synod on the Faith and Order Commission for the Ohio Council of Churches.
